When I was checking out to pay instead of receiving the amount I wanted which is always $ 400 back home in Canada I was asked to pay the amount of $ 1,050 which I protested was outrageous. I ask to speak with Dr. Juliette Hepburn who I was told was unavailable, I stated I would wait. The girl after 30 minutes came to me to say Dr. Juliette Hepburn was refusing to come to talk with me and if I did not pay then they would call the police. As I am only a visitor to The Bahamas I had no choice to reluctant paid an amount which I knew was wrong and I was being over charged. On retuning to Canada my own doctor who does my Botox confirmed that I had been scammed” end of quote.

Following my treatment I began to see scars and bruises so I went back to see Dr. Juliette Hepburn who told me this was perfectly normal and I would heal within 2 weeks. This did not happen so I decided to visit another doctor to get their opinion. After examining myself the doctor said whoever carried out this laser treatment had no idea what they were doing as they have caused damage to the areas that were treated. I felt sad that I had a confirmed diagnosis from the new doctor that proved I fell victim to wrongful treatment by Dr. Juliette Hepburn. On calling her office and explaining the situation to the receptionist she told me Dr. Juliette Hepburn would call me back. One week later having received no call, I decided to call again but this time I was informed that Dr. Juliette Hepburn was not available to speak with me but that in her opinion my new doctors comments was wrong. The girl at the check out said this included the doctors time and cost for her diagnosis. I had no other choice but to pay. 1 week later the areas where the cream was applied became worse and flamed red with a burning. On calling the office of Dr. Juliette Hepburn I was told she was unavailable. As my condition was getting worse I decided to go to the US to a specialist dermatology doctor who examined the area and saw the creams I had been given by Dr. Juliette Hepburn had caused my flare up and I must cease immediately from using them. He stated these creams are not for dermatitis and I should never have been given them. In fact he said we have stop using these creams in the US as they were found to have very bad side effects. On my return home to Nassau I went to the Skin Centre to see Dr. Juliette Hepburn who on explaining what I found out from the doctor in the US to her receptionist she went away to inform Dr. Juliette Hepburn. 15 minutes later see return and said Dr. Juliette Hepburn could not see you anymore and I should leave as my doctor in the US does not know what he is talking about. For the record I wish to state that since receiving the correct treatment from the doctor in the US my rash has completely gone and my skin in perfect. It is clear to me that Dr. Juliette Hepburn gave me a dangerous cream to use and to add insult to injury profited by completely ripping me off for $ 700 for bad treatment. In the words of the witness. “ I had a juvederm treatment at The Skin Centre with a Dr. Juliette Hepburn when the filling was completed I notice one side of my face looked bigger than the other. On questioning this with Dr. Juliette Hepburn she said it was just swollen and was perfectly normal and would return to normal within 3 days. After 5 days had passed it did not and my face looked like one side was bigger. I called The Skin Centre and complained and asked to speak with Dr. Juliette Hepburn, the person who answered said I should give it more time as there was nothing Dr. Juliette Hepburn could do. After spending $ 1,350 with them I thought this was disgraceful and disgusting. I decided to go elsewhere to get an opinion on my condition which I was told by the doctor I went to that Dr. Juliette Hepburn had overfilled one side and that was the reason my face was uneven. The bad news I was told was that he could not take it out, only solution was to try and add some more to the other side to make it look more balance. I have had juvederm for years both in Canada and the US which I have never experienced a situation that I have described. Clearly Dr. Juliette Hepburn should not be allowed to do fillers or Botox as I am now left to suffer together with her bad practices costing me a lot of money” end of quote.
